Course Description: Early childhood professionals build partnerships with families as an important strategy to promote healthy child development. Building healthy relationships is the foundation for these partnerships. This session supports early childhood providers by offering strategies for active listening, self-awareness and reflection as a basis for establishing healthy, collaborative relationships with families.
