Positive Intent in the Work Place
Everyone desires a work place where they enjoy spending time. This professional development event will explore how each person has a role in building the emotional maturity of a child care program. It will look at how positive thinking impacts relationships with colleagues, the families with whom the program works with, and ultimately with one's self.

Making the Most of Meal Time
In this professional development event, participants will learn about family-style meals and how the technique can be used successfully in a group care setting. Both the challenges and benefits of family-style meals will be covered, as well as tips for making meal times enjoyable opportunities for learning and positive social interaction.
