Resilience is one's ability to cope and adapt following stressful events. Boosting resilience not only helps one deal with everyday stress, but also empowers them to overcome traumatic events with less severe long-term effects. This class will cover the strategies of radical acceptance and distress tolerance to help participants learn how to “roll with the punches.”
