In this class, participants will learn what types of art materials and experiences are ideal for children at various levels of development. Materials and the teacher's role will be covered, and participants will practice with self-evaluation tools so they can custom design a curriculum that works best in their child care program. Creative strategies for displaying children’s art that encourage parent/child and teacher/child interactions will be shared.
