Course Description: This class will take a look at ways to incorporate an anti-bias approach to books and language in the classroom. Participants will learn how some language used in a classroom can actually reflect bias or ambiguous understandings.

This class is being offered virtually using Zoom. In order to enroll in this course, participants must:
- Have access to a computer or mobile device with a camera, microphone, and high-speed internet.
- Be able to receive and print a handout in PDF format that will be sent by email prior to class.
- Respond to a three-question quiz following the class before the certificate will be released.
The day prior to the course, registered particpants will receive an email with a link that will allow them to join the class.
