Course Description: Administering medication in the child care setting can be confusing and time consuming. Participants will learn the risks of administering medication, prevention for mistakes and methods for effective administration.
This class meets 2 of the 4 hours of the annual Health and Safety Topic Requirements.
This class is being offered virtually using Zoom. In order to enroll in this course, participants must:
- Have access to a computer or mobile device with a camera, microphone, and high-speed internet.
- Be able to receive and print a handout in PDF format that will be sent by email prior to class.
- Respond to a three-question quiz following the class before the certificate will be released.
The day prior to the course, registered particpants will receive an email with a link that will allow them to join the class.
